Beth enjoys helping anyone discover their natural strengths and to explore ways in which they can put those strengths to work 

Beth was drawn to career coaching as she developed her own path. She was leading a multi-national call center at Cisco when she realized she was most engaged and fulfilled working with employees on their career development. She made her way from customer service to HR, where she led the creation of an internal career guidance center. Since leaving her corporate role in 2016, she has worked as a Career and Leadership coach, supporting hundreds of individuals. Her experience includes working with employees in high tech, healthcare, banking, energy, construction, non-profit, higher education, and many others.  

In addition to holding an MBA from Strayer University, she also achieved her MA in Career Counseling and Placement from North Carolina Central University. Beth further went on to get her Board Certified Coach certificate and a supplemental Strengths Coaching certification from the Marcus Buckingham Company.
