Carrie Christiano

Carrie Christiano is a certified resume writer and career coach with a background in corporate recruiting, where she worked extensively with Fortune 500 companies in North Carolina’s Research Triangle Park area, including IBM, Red Hat, Cisco, Lexis Nexis and Blue Cross Blue Shield. This HR experience allows Carrie to provide her clients with invaluable insights and a behind-the-scenes perspective of the hiring process.

Carrie equips her clients with the knowledge and tools required to proactively navigate the next step in their careers. She develops resumes and other marketing materials for clients that clearly articulate value proposition and stand out from the competition. She helps clients establish goals, formulate plans and take action with focus and commitment. She also helps her clients evaluate opportunities and effectively negotiate details of compensation and benefits packages.

Carrie graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Speech Communications from Tulane University. She has taught courses and facilitated a guest lecture series for Wake Tech Community College as part of a government funded program for jobseekers. She has also worked with the DoD and other nonprofit agencies, assisting military personnel with transition to civilian life.
