Hayley Christensen, Senior Corporate Recruiter, is an industry expert with just over 4 years of successful experience in full life cycle Recruiting and Business Development. She started her career in recruiting here in Raleigh, NC at a staffing agency as an entry level recruiter and quickly was promoted to Account Recruiting Manager.
While at Aerotek, she recruited for many different skill sets including Customer Service, Administrative, Scientific, Clinical, Commercial, Engineering, and Executive. She was able to partner with many large companies locally and globally in order to consult in different areas of employee retention, recruitment, competitive compensation surveys and career paths. Hayley also starting consulting with all of the major universities in the area to offer advice on resumes, LinkedIn, and networking groups.
Hayley wanted to expand her expertise to work for one company where she could make the largest impact for a specific organization. For the last year and a half, she has been part of Quintiles Global Talent Acquisition team where she has filled most of their clinical based roles from entry level to executives.
Most recently, Hayley has joined the Silver Key team specializing in LinkedIn & Resume final reviews, mock interviews, and customized job searches for our clients! We are extremely excited to have her on her team!!
