Connie served for twenty years as a key player in several military operations, including Operation Enduring Freedom in the North Carolina Air National Guard in Charlotte, NC. She retired from the Air Force Reserves as a Master Sergeant with Air Combat Command at Langley Air Force Base, Virginia. Currently, Connie serves proudly as a military spouse and mother for over twenty years. She has a unique perspective on military life because she has faced the challenges of raising a family while juggling school, military service, and deployments. Over the years, she has learned that community is one of the most important strengths for veterans and their families. She is very proud to have served her country and to have played a part in ensuring our continued freedom, through operational readiness and wartime planning.
Additionally, Connie obtained her Master of Education, in School Counseling and is a Nationally Certified Counselor. Upon retirement from the military, she learned the importance of knowing how to leverage skills obtained in the military along with her education in the job seeking process. She is very excited to serve alongside the incredibly talented team at Silver Key in partnering with military members in our community.
